1. Service Scope
Zyphonote provides music practice, score management, and marketplace functionality for educational and creative purposes.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, truthful profile information, and all activity performed under your account.
3. Content and Rights
You may upload only content that you own or have rights to use and distribute. You are solely responsible for rights claims and licensing statements.
4. Marketplace Transactions
Purchases grant license rights defined on each listing. Ownership of copyright is not transferred unless explicitly stated.
5. Prohibited Activities
Fraud, abuse, malware uploads, hateful content, or infringement may lead to account restrictions, listing blocks, or permanent bans.
6. Refund and Dispute Process
Buyers can open support cases for incorrect files, license mismatch, or refund review from account dashboard purchase history.
7. Service Availability
We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change during beta operation.
